一、簡介（Applications）
LDZ4系列船用電磁失電制動器為通電脫離(釋放),斷電彈簧制動的摩擦式制動器它主要與船用電機配套，起牽引、起重、位移及斷電防險等作用。該制動器采用后釋放裝置，制動力矩大，功率高，適用于需要制動力大、工作頻率不高的場合。

四、安裝Installation
安裝注意事項 Warning
●摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污，必須保持清潔；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
●安裝時必須保證氣隙“δ”；
When fixing, the airgap "δ" should be kept to the specified value.
●齒輪套不得有軸向竄動。
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
●安裝后必須旋出空心螺栓鎖緊在電機后端蓋或法蘭盤上。
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the bake cover or the flange plate.
