iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏為白色膏狀液體，由多種天然光亮劑、水解絲肽營養保護劑、水性成膜劑，采用納米抗菌材料和有機安全高效抗菌劑復配而成。屬于非釋放型的處理劑，不滲失、不游移，也不會被微生物所消耗，以特殊的機械式殺菌（表面進行涂抹），將賦予處理后之基質優越之耐久性，并且對微生物抗菌具有獨特的防護功能，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延長皮面的使用壽命，并能強力去污、不傷皮面、防靜電、快干、不留痕跡，且能使處理后飽滿手感及增加產品價值感。作為耐久性抗微生物處理劑，它具有廣泛的抗菌活性。對諸如霉菌、藻類和酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。

iHeir-QF biochemistry ointment is white, including many kinds of nature leatherbrighter, hydrolyzes dipeptides leather nutrition protectant and watercraft film-formingagent, and it uses the nanometer anti-mildew materialand organic safety effective anti-mildew product to make up. It belongs toun-losing, un-wobble, and un-release treatment chemicals, which can’t be lost by the microbe. It kills the mildew in mechanismway(paining on the surface), in order to have endurance after finishing. It has the protective effect on the anti-mildew, inorder to reduce the harm from the mildew and extend the life of leather. Italso has other more advantages, for example, strong cleaning, un-hurt surfaceof leather,prevention of statical electricity,quick-drying, leaving no trace, increasing the sense of worth, etc. As this isan antimicrobial finishing agent, it has a wide antimicrobial activity, which is effective to anti-mildew.(including mildew, algae,and microzyme). It can bewidely used in various process. It is suitable for surface finishing of long fiber, short fiber, textile, natureleather, and imitation leather.
iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏的安全性
為了驗證iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏的安全性，曾進行了18項試驗，對天竺鼠急性經口毒性LD50為12，27g/Kg，此值表示每公斤體重天竺鼠的半致死量為12.27克，為了比較起見，現舉例加以說明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二甲基苯基氯化銨，其天竺鼠的LD50=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加劑山梨酸的天竺鼠的LD50是10.5g/Kg。我們每天食用的食鹽的LD50是3.0g/Kg。顯而易見iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏是極為安全的，對人體的毒性極低。

使用說明 instruction
iHeir-QF防霉生化膏可被直接混配入有機和無機配方中。它也可被用于有機和無機基質的處理，其適用的溶劑有水、乙醇、酮類、酯類、烴類和氯代烴類。其處理方法為用軟皮、抹布或海綿沾少量iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏擦拭皮革表面即可。并能除去水副產物甲醇。在使用之前，必須先進行生產規模的試驗，以確定最佳應用工藝條件，諸如時間和溫度條件等。
Use soft leather, foam ordishcloth with a little iHeir-QF to clean the surface. Before use, test the process, in order to makesure the best effort of iHeir-QF in the best condition.

急性皮膚吸收
iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏防霉抗菌劑的急性皮膚吸收毒性極低，經天竺鼠試驗，為LD50>7，950毫克/公斤體重，因此，在一般的工業操作條件下，只要小心并做好清潔，本品并不會導致皮膚吸收中毒，但建議還是在戴手套的情況下使用。
iHeir-QF is a little poisonous for the skin. By the test of cavy, it is LD50>7，950mg/kgm, so inthe normal process condition, cleaning carefully is ok, so that the iHeir-QFcan’t lead to poisoning. But we suggest it is better to use gloves to use it.
