電力液壓塊式制動器可廣泛用于各種起重、皮帶運
輸、港口裝卸、冶金及建筑機械中各種機構的減速和停
車制動。
■YW、YWB系列制動器連接尺寸和制動力矩參數(shù)符合
JB/T6406.1-92(中國現(xiàn)行業(yè)標準)和DIN15435標準,技
術要求符合JB6406.2－92標準(中國現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準),其
中YW系列配套推動器為YTD系列，符合JB/T6406.3標準
(中國現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準),YWB系列配套推動器為Ed系列(符
合DIN15430標準),主要用于各類新設計的主機配套,是
目前新主機主要采用的理想配套產品。
■YWZ5、YWZE系列制動器連接尺寸和制動力矩參數(shù)
符合GB6333-86標準(中國老標準)，技術要求符合
JB6406.2-92標準(中國現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準)，其中YWZ5系列
配套推動器為YTD系列，符合JB/T6406.3標準(中國現(xiàn)
行行業(yè)標準);YWZE系列配套推動器為Ed系列(符合
DIN15430標準)。
主要設計特點:
■聯(lián)鎖式退距均等裝置，專利技術，在使用過程中可始
終保持兩側瓦塊退距均等并且無需調整，可完全避免因
退距不均使一側制動襯墊浮貼制動輪的現(xiàn)象；并設有瓦
塊自動隨位裝置。
■主要擺動鉸點均設有自潤滑軸承，傳動效率高，壽命
長，在使用過程中無需潤滑。
■制動彈簧在方管內布置并在一側設有標尺，用戶可十
分方便地讀出制動力矩值，免去測量和計算的麻煩。
■制動襯墊為卡裝式整體成型結構，更換十分方便、快
捷，備有半金屬(無石棉)硬質和半硬質，軟質(含石棉)
等不同材質的制動襯墊供用戶選擇。
■全部采用本公司新型推動器配套,動作靈敏,壽命長。
附加裝置:
●手動釋放裝置
●釋放(開閘)或閉合(閉閘)限位開關，可實現(xiàn)制動器是
否正常釋放或閉合的信號顯示。
●襯墊磨損極限限位開關，可實現(xiàn)制動襯墊磨損到極限
時的信號顯示（注意：應用時須帶自動補償裝置）。
●制動襯墊磨損自動補償裝置，可實現(xiàn)襯墊磨損時瓦塊
退距和制動力矩的無級自動補償。
●采用帶下降延時閥的推動器驅動，可實現(xiàn)制動器的延
時閉合。
Application instruction:
Electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be extensively used for
various mechanisms deceleration and stop/braking of various
lift, belt transport, port handling, metallurgical and building
machinery.
■The dimensions and braking torque parameters of
YW,YWB series brakes comply with JB/T6406.1-92 standard
(current Chinese Trade standard) and German DIN15435
standard; technical specifications comply with JB6406.2-92
standard (current Chinese Trade standard). Among them, YW
series brakes' corollary thrustersare of YTD series in
compliance with JB/T6406.3 standard (current Chinese Trade
Standard); YWB series brakes' corollary thrusters are of Ed
series (in compliance with DIN15430 standard). Mainly used
for design of various new machinery and is the ideal corollary
product adopted for new machinery.
■The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YWZ5,
YWZE series brakes comply with JB6333-86 standard(old
Chinese standard); technical specifications comply with
JB6496.2-92 standard (current Chinese Trade Standard).
Corollary equipment for YWZ5 series is YTD series thrusters
and that for YWZE series is Ed series thrusters (in
compliance with German DIN15430 standard).
Main Design Features:
■Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device (patented
technology) constantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes
on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary, thus
completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake
wheel. The brake is equipped with a shoes auto-aligning
device.
■At main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating
bearings,making high efficiency of transmission, long
performance life and lubricating unnecessary during the
course of operation.
■Brake spring is arranged inside square tube and surveyor's
rod is placed on one side. It is easy for customers to read
braking torque value and then avoid the troubles of
measuring and computing.
■Brake lining is of card whole piece shaping structure, ease
and quick of replace. Brake lining of various materials such
as half-metal (non-asbestos) hard and half-hard, soft (include
asbestos) substance are available for customer to choose.
■All adopt the company's new types of thrusters as corollary
equipment, work acutely and have long life.
Additional option:
●Hand release lever.
●Release (open) or close limit-switch, may indicates whether
brake is properly released or closed.
●Lining-wear limit-switch, may indicates when wear of lining
reaches the limit (note: self-compensation device should be
attached simultaneously)
●Wear-self-compensation device,may realize self-compensation
of shoe clearance,and torque when lining wears.
● Adopt thruster with fall delay valve as drive systerm;this
can realize closing delay of brake
