3．1放料機(jī) de-coiler

3．2校平機(jī) leveling machine
a.工作輥數(shù)：九輥式校平機(jī)

b.結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：校平輥經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)、鍍鉻處理后其剛性、表面粗糙度等機(jī)械性能大大提高；其由夾送輥及校平輥組成，夾送輥可單獨(dú)調(diào)整，校平上輥采用整體結(jié)構(gòu)，前后設(shè)兩個(gè)調(diào)整點(diǎn)，可形成一定的傾斜角度，便于提高校平質(zhì)量。校平機(jī)入料端帶有一對(duì)導(dǎo)向平輥及兩對(duì)導(dǎo)向立輥，導(dǎo)向立輥可對(duì)中移動(dòng)及同時(shí)移動(dòng)。手輪調(diào)整，帶刻度，方便對(duì)中。

校平機(jī)前后均帶有引料過(guò)橋裝置。校平機(jī)與送料器之間設(shè)活光電信號(hào)，發(fā)出反饋信號(hào)入控制系統(tǒng)，控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出指令給變頻電機(jī)變速，以控制儲(chǔ)料區(qū)中料帶的儲(chǔ)存量，達(dá)到不間斷校平的目的。
