NATIONAL油封的特征：
NATIONAL油封與其它品牌的最大不同之處，就是在鐵殼外圈的外徑上噴涂了紅色的REDICOAT專用涂漆，一方面可以區(qū)別其它品牌的顏色，另一方面，也是最主要的方面，鐵殼外徑噴涂紅漆可增加外徑的密封性能，可填充裝配孔腔表面之缺陷或刮痕，避免密封流體由外徑泄漏。這種REDICOAT涂漆，對孔腔面的加工光潔度就有所放松，允許有較大的表面粗糙度，同樣起到內骨架油封（外徑包有橡膠）的密封效果。

1、NATIONAL油封的發(fā)展歷程 NATIONAL OIL SEALS是1920年由LIoyd A.Johnson創(chuàng)立的，專門從事油封、墊圈墊片的生產，在當時就已經是美國最大的油封生產廠家之一，為汽車和飛機的主要配套油封工廠。于1956年被Federal-Mogul攬于旗下。F-M公司是一家綜合性的汽車零配件廠家，從1899年成立至今，通過不斷的發(fā)展和并購，擁有了一系列的汽車零部件品牌，產品包括軸瓦、引擎、雨刷、火花塞、軸承、油封、活塞環(huán)、制動系統、墊圈和底盤系統等等，成為了全球領先的汽車零部件供應商。
2、NATIONAL油封的常用型式 NATIONAL油封在中國市場上常見的型式如左所示的截面圖。油封分內包骨架油封和外露骨架油封，帶自緊彈簧式和無自緊彈簧式。但NATIONAL油封最主要以外露骨架為主，常用的有41、45、47、48系列。外骨架油封相對于內骨架油封來言，剛性好、定位準確、同軸度高、導熱散熱好、加工精度高、要求膠與金屬之間有較高的粘合強。
