其具體實施過程為：模具上做均恒的加溫道，當注塑機合模后（特殊情況下可開模即進行加熱）吹入高溫高壓熱水，首先把模具溫度提高到一個加熱設定值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機完成射膠/保壓轉入冷卻后，開始注入冷水，模具溫度很快下降到一個冷卻設定值后開模，完成整個注塑過程，等待下個注射周期。
