MAM-890螺桿機運行控制器是公司開發出的新一代高科技產品。控制器以微電腦控制器為核心元件具有2個開關量輸入、 模擬量輸入、
2，3路開關量(繼電器)輸出、中文液晶顯示(4*8個漢字/每屏）、S485聯網通信.相序保存護功能、用戶能根據實際情況設定用戶參數等。配備
上位機聯網控制軟件，實現遠程監控.。我公司技術人員能根據用戶需求對產品進行改進以更好的服務于用戶。
控制器集成功能及說明：
1、開關量：2開關量輸入，2，3繼電器開關量輸出。
2、模擬量：一路Pt100溫度輸入，一路4～20mA壓力信號輸入，一組三相電流輸入（配套CT）。
3、控制器工作電源：AC20V、20VA。
4、顯示量程
①、排氣溫度：-50～150℃；精度：±1℃。
②、運行時間：0～999999小時。
③、電流顯示量程：0～999.9A。
④、壓力：0～1.60MPa。精度；0.01Mpa。
5、電機保護：控制器對主電機有缺相、不平衡、過載保護功能,
①、缺相保護：當任何一相電源缺相時,動作時間等于設定時間；當斷相保護時間設置時大于20秒時，缺相保護不起作用。
②、不平衡保護：任何兩相間電流比值大于不平衡度時,動作時間5秒。
③、過載反時限保護特性(時間單位為秒)，見下表(表2.1.1)。倍數＝I實／I設定，當電機運行電流大于或等于設定電流的1.2倍至3.0倍時按下表的過載倍數及動作時間延時動作
