| ★YK-160 濕法制粒機是我廠參照國外同類機型并結合國內制藥企業特點研制開發的新一代制粒，整粒設備。與國 內普通搖擺顆粒機相比具有占地小，整機結構設計緊湊，簡單，設備操作維修簡單方便，易拆卸清洗，無死角等優 點，符合GMP要求。本機主要由擺輥部分，機體部分，傳動部分，旋緊裝置等構成。 ★YK-160 Wet-Process Granulating Separator is a new product developed by our factory with due reference to similar models produced abroad as well as careful consideration to the characteristics of domestic pharmaceutics enterprises. Compared with the pendulum convenient for operation and maintenance, easy for disassembly and cleaning, and free of blind corner, and complies with GMP requirements. This machine is mainly composed of pendular roller, main body, transmission system, and tightening device of sieve. ★YK160濕法制粒機傳動部分：The Transmission Part ★結構緊湊，功率利用率高，傳動力大 Compact construction, high using ratio and drive force. ★YK160推車式制粒機: Trolly-type Granulator ★本機與GHL系列(高效濕法造粒機)和FL(PGL)系列(沸騰制粒干燥機)組成聯合機組，形成管道化生產，減少二次污染，生產效率高。 ★The machine is combined with GHL series (eficient hydro-granulator) and FLB (Fluidized dry granulator). All of them form the pipeline production, reducing the second pollution. |
