產(chǎn)品特點: Product features
由石墨帶壓制而成，無任何填充劑和粘接劑，純度大于98，具有膨脹石墨材料的各項特性，能經(jīng)受溫度和壓力的劇烈交變，是各種填料函的理想密封元件。填料環(huán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)截面為方形，也可加工成楔形或V形碗形等，產(chǎn)品有閥門專用填料（石墨環(huán)）、石墨紙、石墨板、石墨波紋帶、自密封、碗型墊等。材料還可以根據(jù)要求添加鋼絲等制做增強型模壓填料環(huán)適合高壓部位密封，常用于各種化學(xué)液體，強堿、強酸、有機溶劑、液氧等強腐蝕性環(huán)境。
It is pressed by graphite tape, without any filler and adhesive, with a purity of more than 98. It has various characteristics of expanded graphite material, and can withstand severe alternation of temperature and pressure. It is an ideal sealing element for various stuffing boxes. The standard section of the packing ring is square, and it can also be processed into wedge-shaped or V-shaped bowl. The products include special valve packing (graphite ring), graphite paper, graphite plate, graphite corrugated belt, self sealing, bowl gasket, etc. The materials can also be used to make reinforced molded packing rings by adding steel wires as required, which are suitable for sealing high-pressure parts and are commonly used in various chemical liquids, strong alkalis, strong acids, organic solvents, liquid oxygen and other strong corrosive environments.
