1 PBT的工藝特性

PBT具有明顯的熔點，熔點為225~235℃，是結晶型材料，結晶度可達40%。

PBT熔體的粘度受溫度的影響不如剪切應力那么大，因此，在注塑中，注射壓力對PBT熔體流動性影響是明顯。

PBT在熔融狀態下流動性好，粘度低，僅次于尼龍，在成型易發生“流延”現象。
