泥漿泵工作中震動	(1)葉輪磨損不平衡。 (2)軸承磨損或油有雜質。 (3)泵進料量不足，進入空氣過多。	(1)更換新PN、PNL型泥漿泵葉輪。 (2)更換新油或更換新軸承。 (3)進量和附加清水。
泥漿泵填料泄漏	(1)水封管中沒水 (2)填料磨損	(1)檢查水封裝置，引壓力水注入填料。 (2)更換新填料。
