該系列磁性尺是永久磁性記錄組成，所以即使暴露在冷卻液下，也可以不受其影響，能保持讀取能力。且因該系列尺與本體以鐵制成，故溫度膨脹系數與機臺相同，精密度不易失真，且抗振動與沖擊。
SR74 SR75 多原點磁尺:為工作機械所開發的最適合用在精密平臺定位的磁尺,輸出信號為增量式A/B相/原點差動信號（符合EIA-422）及增量式串列雙方向信號（符合EIA-485）；精度(3+3ML/1000)μm，測量長度：70-2040mm，分辨率0.01μm，響應速度：200m/min，適用工控系統：FANUC、三菱電機、松下。
