CME-C1是京微雅格新近推出的高性能大容量“云”系列首顆產(chǎn)品,邏輯容量折合2萬門級(jí)。CME-C1采用TSMC4nm先進(jìn)工藝,采用全新的6輸入查找表架構(gòu),獨(dú)創(chuàng)36x18的DSP單元,內(nèi)嵌大容量每塊18K位ram,高速串行接口可達(dá)6.5Gbps,通用差分I/O可達(dá)1.3Gbps,同時(shí)還內(nèi)置硬核PCIe支持5G速率GenDDR3/2控制器以及PHY讀寫速率可達(dá)1333Mbps,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)國內(nèi)水平。

分工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)和直流耐壓試驗(yàn)兩種。工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)其試驗(yàn)電壓為被試設(shè)備額定電壓的一倍多至數(shù)倍,不低于1000V。其加壓時(shí)間:對(duì)于以瓷和液體為主要絕緣的設(shè)備為1分鐘,對(duì)于以有機(jī)固體為主要絕緣的設(shè)備為5分鐘,對(duì)于電壓互感器為3分鐘,對(duì)于油浸電力電纜為10分鐘。電氣設(shè)備經(jīng)耐壓試驗(yàn)?zāi)軌虬l(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣的局部缺陷、受潮及老化。交流耐壓試驗(yàn):在被試設(shè)備電壓的2.5倍及以上進(jìn)行,從介質(zhì)損失的熱擊穿觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),可以有效地發(fā)現(xiàn)局部游離性缺陷及絕緣老化的弱點(diǎn)。
