在網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱傳的視頻當(dāng)中，女車主坐在紅色的奔馳車引擎蓋上哭訴討說法，并講述其花了66萬元買的新奔馳，尚未開出4S店就發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)漏油的糟心經(jīng)歷。
女車主稱，自己的車1公里都沒開，就發(fā)現(xiàn)儀表盤顯示“下一次加油時(shí)，加注1L發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油”的提示。她要求4S店給自己退款。
在購車后的半個(gè)月內(nèi)，經(jīng)車主與4S店工作人員多次協(xié)商，該店給出的解決方案從退款改為換車。最終，奔馳利之星4S店認(rèn)為應(yīng)該實(shí)行《家用汽車產(chǎn)品修理、更換、退貨責(zé)任規(guī)定》的三包政策，為女車主免費(fèi)更換發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。
4月12日，記者前往位于西安市科技八路的奔馳利之星4S店，雖然是周末，但是利之星展廳內(nèi)較為冷清，前往購車的客戶并不多
