近日，一條“游客在桂林跟團旅游遭導游強制消費”的視頻在網(wǎng)絡上廣泛傳播，備受關注。桂林市文化廣電和旅游局12日表示，經(jīng)初步核實，該視頻中反映的涉事導游趙某某言行基本屬實，將責成趙某某向游客賠禮道歉，并吊銷趙某某的導游證。
6月10日晚，一條“這個導游好囂張”的視頻中，一名導游正對沒有購物的游客喊話，稱既然來到了桂林就要花錢，“不管游客圖桂林哪一樣來的，既然來了，就得馬上下車，在一個小時內(nèi)花兩萬塊錢。”視頻在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上迅速傳播，部分網(wǎng)站評論量達到數(shù)萬條。
桂林市文化廣電和旅游局表示，根據(jù)調查，涉事方是湖南到桂林的汽車旅游團，共55人，旅游時間為5月30日至6月2日。經(jīng)初步核實，該視頻中反映的涉事導游趙某某言行基本屬實，將責成趙某某向游客賠禮道歉，吊銷趙某某的導游證，并納入旅游經(jīng)營服務不良信息。除了對涉事導游進行處理外，桂林市旅游部門正對涉事相關經(jīng)營者作進一步調查處理。
桂林旅游部門表示，桂林市將繼續(xù)對旅游市場違法違規(guī)經(jīng)營開展精準打擊，發(fā)現(xiàn)一起查處一起，絕不手軟。同時再次提醒游客選擇合法、誠信的旅行社并簽訂合同，在合同中明確約定購物和自費項目等事項，切勿選擇明顯低于游覽價格的項目。“不合理低價游”往往增加自費和購物項目，甚至可能會強迫消費，游客注意不要上當受騙。
