式中：Q1、H1、N．分別代表轉(zhuǎn)速改變后的流量、揚(yáng)程和功率。 Q、H、N分別代表規(guī)定轉(zhuǎn)速下的流量、揚(yáng)程和功率。
(4)水泵轉(zhuǎn)速提高后，耗用功率增加，吸上真空度降低，壽命縮短。過分提高轉(zhuǎn)速會(huì)發(fā)生其它事故，故應(yīng)慎用。
(5)水泵轉(zhuǎn)速過分降低時(shí)，泵的使用效益低，為此，應(yīng)盡量避免泵在過低轉(zhuǎn)速下運(yùn)行。用戶應(yīng)按性能曲線圖選擇使用。

（1）預(yù)埋鐵件平面位置，高程正確，牢固；（2）預(yù)留地腳螺栓孔洞內(nèi)必須清理干凈，無橫穿的鋼筋和遺留雜物，孔的中心線對(duì)基準(zhǔn)的偏差不大于5mm，孔壁鉛垂線誤差不大于10mm，并且孔壁力求粗糙。測(cè)量有關(guān)主泵，機(jī)組部件幾何尺寸，確定電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)，水泵基礎(chǔ)的實(shí)際安裝高程。（1）水泵葉輪與葉輪外殼預(yù)裝，測(cè)量葉輪上平面與外輪外殼上平面之間的距離，并做好記錄。（2）測(cè)量水泵葉輪中心線與葉輪上平面之間的距離，并做好記錄。（3）測(cè)量水泵導(dǎo)葉體上法蘭面與下法蘭面之間的距離，并做好記錄。（4）測(cè)量水泵泵座下法蘭面與泵底板接觸面之間的距離，并做好記錄。通過上述測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)推算，即可根據(jù)葉輪中心設(shè)計(jì)高程確定水泵基礎(chǔ)的實(shí)際安裝高程。（5）測(cè)量水泵軸的長(zhǎng)度及水泵軸下法蘭面至泵下軸承軸頸處的距離。

使用說明
（一）HW型混流泵由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、泵軸和軸承體等主要零件構(gòu)成。
（二）泵蓋是泵與進(jìn)水管相連的零件，其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙（在消除軸承軸向活 動(dòng)間隙以后，保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙）。間隙過小產(chǎn)生摩擦，過大則會(huì)導(dǎo)致泵內(nèi)壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過增減調(diào)整紙墊達(dá)到規(guī)定的要求的間隙。延伸搜索：水環(huán)真空泵
（三）密封裝置是由填料函、水封函、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根組成。其作用有：
1、荼時(shí)防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi)，起密封作用。
2、抽水時(shí)防止水從泵內(nèi)過多的沿軸大量流出。
（四）軸套用來保護(hù)軸不使它與填料直接摩擦，若長(zhǎng)期使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸套磨損過多，可換軸套。
（五）水泵軸的兩個(gè)支承是軸承體內(nèi)的軸承，軸承體內(nèi)存有適量潤(rùn)滑脂以潤(rùn)滑軸承。
（六）軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵流入軸承體內(nèi)，從而保護(hù)軸承，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
