美國HII氣動(dòng)氣體增壓泵，最高壓力172MPa，應(yīng)用于 管道壓力測試和工具的泄露測試，例如：油田、煉化、航空、汽車、儀器等測試氣體。
HII氣體增壓泵特性：
1、 驅(qū)動(dòng)部分和增壓部分采用三層動(dòng)態(tài)密封隔離
2、 驅(qū)動(dòng)氣體無需外部油霧器潤滑
3、 增壓部分進(jìn)口裝有軟座、大流量單向閥
4、 只有無碳?xì)浠衔锏牟讳P鋼、青銅、PTFF和VITON氣體部分內(nèi)部元件能接觸到氣流
5、 減少壓縮熱量能夠延長密封件的使用壽命，因?yàn)閺南暺髦信欧懦鰜淼睦淇諝獍鼑趬嚎s氣體四周
6、 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的外型設(shè)計(jì)不受天氣干擾，特別適用于海上作業(yè)

HII氣體增壓泵典型應(yīng)用：
1、 管道壓力測試和工具的泄露測試，例如：油田、煉化、航空、汽車、儀器等測試氣體
2、 氣體加注：化學(xué)過程、塑膠成型
3、 氣體回收：將殘留在氣瓶中的昂貴的氣體回收到高壓容器中，利于以后使用
4、 生命氣體的輸送與充填：如氧氣、氦氣、呼吸氣、潛水、消防和機(jī)組人員
5、 天然氣的壓縮機(jī)：用于加氣站
