| 交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學(xué)方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由線型分子結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿S網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),由熱塑性的聚乙烯變成熱固性的交聯(lián)聚乙烯,從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機(jī)械性能和耐環(huán)境能力，并保持了優(yōu)良的電氣性能。 交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導(dǎo)體的允許長期最高溫為900C，較低絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高，且具有重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用方便、耐化學(xué)腐蝕和敷設(shè)不受落差限制等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 近年來，公司先后按IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為全國城網(wǎng)改造、首都國際機(jī)場、北京西客站、中央電視臺、安順電廠、泰山核電站、二灘水電站、北侖電廠、伊敏電廠、揚(yáng)州二電廠、上海地鐵、寶鋼集團(tuán)、揚(yáng)子石化等重點(diǎn)工程提供該系列產(chǎn)品，質(zhì)量優(yōu)良，獲得用戶一致好評。 CROSS-LINKED POLYETHYLENE(XLPE)INSULATED POWER CABLE For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i. e. thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained. The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cable is 900C which is higher than that of paper, PVC or PE insulated power cable. The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction, lightness in weight, convenience in application besides its excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route. According to the standards of IEC, in the last few years, We have supplied XLPE cables to the Chinese urbon power network reconstruction project, Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing West Railway Station, CCTV Station, Anshun Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, Ertan Hydroelectric Power Station , Beilun Power Plant, Yimin Power Plant, Yangzhou Second Power Plant, Shanghai Subway, Bao Steel Group and Yangzi Petrochemical Company, etc..
