INCOFLUXR ESS2 帶極電渣焊劑
INCOFLUX ESS2 帶極電渣焊劑設計與INCONEL 52／52M帶狀焊接電極匹配使用。這種焊劑與這兩種合金電極匹配，可以用于碳鋼的堆焊。這種中性的燒結焊劑使第二層堆焊金屬的化學成分與電極的化學成分非常近似。盡管沒有電磁操控作用，但熔融焊劑平滑致密的紋理和良好的潤濕性仍可以保證堆焊層的平整。

儲藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以無限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環境中，可以在500oF保溫烘干2小時或600oF保溫烘干1小時后使用。未熔化的焊劑若要回收利用，應當與新的焊劑按1／1的比例混合后再使用。

INCOFLUX ESS2 electrode welding electrode is designed to match the INCONEL 552/52M band welding electrode. The flux is matched with these two alloy electrodes and can be used for surfacing of carbon steel. This neutral sintering flux makes the chemical composition of the second layer surfacing metal approximate to the chemical composition of the electrode. Although there is no electromagnetic manipulation, the smooth and dense texture of melt flux and good wettability can guarantee the formation of the surfacing layer.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefinitely in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF. If the unmelted flux is to be recycled, it should be mixed with the new flux at 1/1.
