NI-ROD? 99 焊絲
NI-ROD 99焊絲主要用于熔化極氣體保護焊、鎢極惰性氣體保護焊和埋弧焊等方法焊接球墨鑄鐵、可鍛鑄鐵、灰口鑄鐵等，這是一種實芯鎳基焊絲，能使焊縫的自動或半自動機械加工更加容易。焊接鑄鐵時，在單層高熔覆率的情況下，用純鎳焊接材料形成的焊縫較其它焊接材料形成的焊縫有更好的機械性能。用NI-ROD 99焊絲進行埋弧焊時應(yīng)使用INCOFLUX 6焊劑。
NI-ROD 99焊絲還可用于氣體保護焊以將鑄鐵和低合金鋼或碳鋼焊接在一起。

NI - 99 wire ROD is mainly used for melting pole gas protection welding, tungsten inert gas protection welding and submerged arc welding welding nodular cast iron, malleable cast iron, grey cast iron, etc., it is a solid core nickel-based welding wire, can make weld automatic or semi-automatic machining easier. In the case of welding cast iron, the weld of pure nickel welding material has better mechanical properties than that of other welding materials. INCOFLUX 6 flux should be used when welding wire with NI-ROD 99.
Ni-rod 99 welding wire can also be used for gas shielded welding to weld cast iron and low alloy steel or carbon steel.
