The ni-rod 99X welding ROD is a first-class material for cast iron welding, with excellent all-position welding performance, and its easy maneuverability can be compared with that of carbon steel welding ROD. 99X solder has a pure nickel core at the industrial purity level. It is recommended for welding of thin-walled cast iron structure and for the mechanical properties of single or single pass welds.
NI - 99 x electrode ROD can be used for grey cast iron, ductile iron, compacted graphite cast iron, malleable iron and a variety of ferroalloy between themselves, and how they relate to each other between steel, stainless steel and nickel alloy welding.
