INCO-WELD?A焊條用于工作條件惡劣設(shè)備的維修焊接提供材質(zhì)書
INCO-WELD A焊條主要用于INCOLOY 800\800HT合金、INCONEL 600\601合金以及鎳合金鋼的手工電弧焊接，形成的焊縫金屬具有較高的強度和較好的耐高溫氧化性能，抵抗低溫沖擊的能力也很出色。這是一種出色的可以用于異種材料聯(lián)接的焊條，可以用來焊接各種奧氏體鋼、鐵素體鋼和鎳合金、不銹鋼、碳鋼、INCOLOY 系列合金、INCONEL 系列合金和銅鎳合金。正是由于這種焊條良好的適應(yīng)性，所以又特別適用于哪些工作條件惡劣設(shè)備的維修焊接。
INCO-WELD A焊條適用于全位置焊，焊接時應(yīng)采用直流正接的方式。
