電機是平滑、無級地加速。同時起動時間ts可調節(通常在0.5-60秒之間),這有利于與空氣開關之間的配合,防止空氣開關的瞬時脫扣器在電機起動時誤跳閘。2)泵控制功能水泵在起動和停車時,水流沖擊管道,產生嚴重的“水錘效應”。雖然水道專業已采取了一些消除水錘效應的措施,但是如果采用帶泵控功能的軟起動器,則完全可以消除水錘效應,減少機械維護的工作量,節省系統維修費用,并保證供水可靠。值得一提的是該功能為可選件,定貨圖上應注明。3)過載保護功能一般電機的過載保護是通過熱元件來實現的。熱元件在電動機起動的過程中很難避開電機的起動電流而產生誤動作。為避免誤動,用戶常加大熱元件的動作電流,使過載保護形同虛設。通常,使用GTR做逆變管時的載波頻率底于2KHz。4.變頻器用GTR的選用⑴Uceo通常按電源線電壓U峰值的2倍來選擇。Uceo≥2廠2U在電源電壓為380V的變頻器中,應有Uceo≥2廠2U*380V=1074.8V,故選用Uceo=1200V的GTR是適宜的。⑵Icm按額定電流In峰值的2倍來選擇Icm≥2廠2InGTR是用電流信號進行驅動的,所需驅動功率較大,故基極驅動系統比較復雜,并使工作頻率難以提高,這是其不足之處。今天我告訴大家的是MOSFET以及IGBT功率場效應晶體管(POWERMOSFET)它的3個極分別是源極S、漏極D和柵極G其工作特點是,G、S間的控制信號是電壓信號Ugs。

電抗器安裝在變頻器側面或測上方比較好。這時可以用估算:變頻器容量(KW)×60[W]因為各變頻器廠家的硬件都差不多,所以上式可以針對各品牌的產品.注意:如果有制動電阻的話,因為制動電阻的散熱量很大,因此安裝位置和變頻器隔離開,如裝在柜子上面或旁邊等。那么,怎樣才能降低控制柜內的發熱量呢?當變頻器安裝在控制機柜中時,要考慮變頻器發熱值的問題。根據機柜內產生熱量值的增加,要適當地增加機柜的尺寸。因此,要使控制機柜的尺寸盡量減小,就必須要使機柜中產生的熱量值盡可能地減少。如果在變頻器安裝時,把變頻器的散熱器部分放到控制機柜的外面,將會使變頻器有70%的發熱量釋放到控制機柜的外面。由于大容量變頻器有很大的發熱量。本機即可固定在表盤上。?由于維修需拆下本機,只需反向旋轉螺桿取下安裝架,即可拉出儀表。換紙方式:(參考圖二)a]取下折紙機構,將其放在平穩的桌面上。*折紙機構不要磕碰。b]用手將件8【壓紙板】向外側搬動,放入一疊新紙。c]將紙的一端抽出幾折,繞過件6【導紙杠】,塞入件5【導紙杠】與件4【膠輥】的空隙,轉動件4使紙導出,將紙均勻地包裹在件4上*這時紙的熱印面應朝上。d]用手將抽出的紙塞入件4【膠輥】,件3【導紙算珠】之間。*這時紙的折線應盡可能的平行于件4的軸線e]用手搬動件7【齒輪】,使紙均勻地向下導入,自然折疊。*這時紙的折疊方向一定是其原來的折疊方向。f]當一疊紙用完時,只需將紙取出。g]每次記錄紙的更換。

因此為了得到輸出電壓誤差,反饋電阻的取值應該很大。由于3V工作電壓時,MAX4544的導通電阻僅為120Ω,因此開關MAX4544引入的誤差電壓很小,即使低輸出電壓也是如此。當使能升壓變換器,且其輸出電壓超過MAX810的復位門檻電平并經過復位延遲后,MAX810的輸出將由高變低,使Q1導通,連通負載。同時,MAX810輸出的低電平使MAX4544的COM端與NC端(常閉端)接通,使得反饋電阻由Q1的源極切換至Q1的漏極,從而允許從遠離變換器的負載端對輸出電壓進行調節。上述MAX4544的開關過程也把MAX810的輸入端從Q1的源極切換到Q1的漏極,這樣一來,MAX810可以用來監測負載是否過載。因進線電壓過高,直流回路電壓超過了設定的極限值,在減速時電壓調節器起作用,造成制動電流很小,電機轉速降不下來,而在軋鋼時,電網的負載加重,直流回路電壓低于115%的極限設定值,制動功能恢復正常。在當時無法降低電網電壓的情況下,將直流回路電壓極限設定值增至127%后,變頻器工作正常。在停產檢修時,我們根據電網的情況改變了變壓器的檔位,使變頻器的進線電壓在允許的范圍內,此后變頻器工作正常。(3)AEGMultiverter22/27-400變頻器上電后,操作面板上的液晶顯示屏顯示正常,但ready指示燈不亮,變頻器不能合閘查看變頻器菜單中的故障記錄時未發現有故障,而對操作面板上各按鍵的操作在事件記錄中則有記錄。
