火炬"牌蓄電池是淄博火炬能源有限公司(原淄博蓄電池廠)生產的鉛酸蓄電池，其設計結構合理，技術含量高，質量性能穩定。1998年，"火炬"牌商標被認定為"山東省";2000年，"火炬"牌鉛酸蓄電池被評為"山東名牌產品"。1997年公司通過了ISO9001質量體系認證，2003年公司通過職業安全健康管理體系和環境管理體系認證，2005年取得了首批鉛酸蓄電池產品生產許可證并通過了"泰爾"產品認證。
淄博火炬能源有限責任公司(原淄博蓄電池廠)成立于1944年1月，是我國最早研制和生產鉛酸蓄電池的廠家之一，是國內牽引用鉛酸蓄電池行業龍頭企業，現為中國船舶重工集團公司成員單位。公司位于山東省淄博市中心城區張店區，現設有五個專業公司、三個控股子公司和一個蓄電池產品性能檢測中心(全國總共2個蓄電池產品性能檢測中心)。公司主要從事牽引用、固定用和起動用鉛酸蓄電池產品的開發設計與生產，現具備年生產100萬kVAh各類鉛酸蓄電池的能力。同時，公司還從事蓄電池設備、工裝模具、蓄電池用充電機、隔板、塑料槽及零件等產品的開發設計與生產。

"火炬"牌牽引系列鉛酸蓄電池，原材料選用豫光金鉛1號精鉛，生產設備為德國HADI壓鑄機、日本湯淺鑄板機、意大利SOVEMA鉛粉機和涂板機等專用設備。牽引用鉛酸電池正極板為管狀，外殼采購自美國哈丁公司，隔板為PE隔板。經市場多年考驗，得到了廣大客戶的認可。公司產品已廣泛配套于國內主流叉車生產廠家(合力，杭叉，臺勵福，龍工，現代，開普等)，并為眾多進口電動叉車配套。出口方面，公司已與數十個國家的代理商建立了良好的合作關系。

Torch Energy Co., Ltd. (State-owned 481 Factory) was founded in January 1944 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group Corporation. It is one of the earliest producers of lead-acid batteries in China. It is a high-tech enterprise, one of the manufacturers of special batteries for JUN, and a qualified supplier of CNC Group. The company is mainly engaged in the development, design and production of lead-acid batteries for traction, fixed, electric vehicles and lithium-ion power batteries. Now it has the ability to produce 6 million KVAh lead-acid batteries annually. The company has six wholly-owned subsidiaries, covering the production and sales of battery manufacturing equipment, shell, partition, connection line, box body, etc., to help the development of "torch" batteries.
