一,聚氯乙烯絕緣和護(hù)套控制電纜 PVC insulated & sheath control cable
1.1聚氯乙烯絕緣和護(hù)套控制電纜適用于交流額定電壓600/1000V及以下控制,監(jiān)控回路及保護(hù)線路等場
合,作為電氣裝備之間的控制接線.該產(chǎn)品不但具有優(yōu)良的電氣性能,機(jī)械性能,耐熱老化性能,耐環(huán)境
應(yīng)力性能,耐化學(xué)腐蝕性能和不延燃性能,且具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,使用方便,不受敷設(shè)落差限制等優(yōu)點(diǎn).
本公司聚氯乙烯絕緣和護(hù)套控制電纜是以GB9330-88標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織生產(chǎn).該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要參照IEC227,IEC502
及德國,美國,日本和前蘇聯(lián)等控制電纜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定.

1.2 阻燃控制電纜 Flame-retardant control cable
阻燃控制電纜適用于交流額定電壓 600/1000V 及以下有特殊阻燃要求的控制,監(jiān)控回路及保護(hù)線路
等場合,作為電氣裝備之間的控制接線.我公司生產(chǎn)的阻燃控制電纜包括阻燃A類控制電纜,特種阻燃控
制電纜,低煙無鹵阻燃控制電纜,低煙低鹵阻燃控制電纜,交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜及阻燃控制電纜.
二 電纜使用特性 Application
1 額定電壓U0/U為450/750V～600/1000V
U0―任一主絕緣和"地"(金屬屏蔽,金屬套或周圍介質(zhì))之間的電壓有效值.
U―多芯電纜(電線)或單芯電纜(電線)系統(tǒng)任一兩相導(dǎo)體之間的電壓有效值.
當(dāng)電纜(電線)使用于交流系統(tǒng)時,電纜(電線)的額定電壓至少應(yīng)等于該系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)稱電壓.當(dāng)使
用于直流系統(tǒng)時,該系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)稱電壓應(yīng)不大于電纜(電線)額定電壓的1.5倍.
系統(tǒng)的工作電壓應(yīng)不大于系統(tǒng)額定電壓的1.5倍.
2 電纜導(dǎo)體的長期允許工作溫度:

3 電纜的敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃.推薦的允許彎曲半徑:
無鎧裝層的電纜,應(yīng)不小于的電纜外徑的6倍.
有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽結(jié)構(gòu)的電纜,應(yīng)不小于的電纜外徑的12倍.
有屏蔽層結(jié)構(gòu)的軟電纜,應(yīng)不小于的電纜外徑的6倍.
4 電纜電氣性能和物理機(jī)械性能符合國標(biāo)GB9330《塑料絕緣控制電纜》的規(guī)定要求.
5 阻燃控制電纜的阻燃性能符合(相當(dāng)IEC332)《電線電纜燃燒試驗(yàn)方法》的規(guī)定要求.
6 低煙無鹵特性(僅限于低煙無鹵阻燃控制電纜:)
無鹵性能:符合國際電工委員會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC754《氫鹵酸氣體逸出量試驗(yàn)》的規(guī)定要求.
低煙性能:符合國標(biāo)GB12666.7《電線電纜燃燒煙濃度試驗(yàn)方法》的規(guī)定要求.
低毒性能:符合美國軍用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)NES713《毒性指數(shù)測定》的規(guī)定要求.

3. 特種阻燃控制電纜 Special flame-retardant control cable
3.1 特種阻燃含義為:在阻燃A類等級的基礎(chǔ)上,再加擠一層高阻燃材料的內(nèi)護(hù)套,使電纜的阻燃效果更
強(qiáng).
The special flame-retardant means to add one more layer inner sheath of high flame-retardant
material so that the result more better for flame-retardant.
