檢查井模具以鋼模為主，面板主材選用Q235鋼板，支撐結(jié)構(gòu)可選型鋼或者鋼板，規(guī)格可根據(jù)模具形式選擇，應(yīng)滿足以下要求：
1.模具應(yīng)具有足夠的承載力、剛度和穩(wěn)定性，保證在構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)時(shí)能可靠承受澆筑混凝土的重量、側(cè)壓力及工作荷載。
2.模具應(yīng)組裝、拆模方便，且應(yīng)便于鋼筋安裝和混凝土澆筑、養(yǎng)護(hù)。
3.相鄰模板之間應(yīng)連接牢固、縫隙嚴(yán)密、平整順滑、無錯(cuò)臺；預(yù)制構(gòu)件上的預(yù)埋件均應(yīng)有可靠固定措施。
