LZF倉壁振動器用途
振動電機式倉壁振動器（亦稱防閉塞裝置）主要用于防止和消除料倉、料罐或料斗內物料的起拱、管狀通道、粘倉等閉塞現象的專用設備，以保證流料順利下泄，提高物料輸送的自動化程度。可廣泛應用于電力、建材、煤炭、礦山、化工、冶金、鑄造、輕工、食品、制藥、糧食、交通等行業。
Applications
Silo wall vibration motor vibrator (also call anti block device) is
mainly used to prevent and eliminate silos, container, or materials in the

LZF倉壁振動器結構

倉壁振動器使用和維護
1、 防閉塞裝置一般焊接在料倉下部起至倉高1/3--1/4處。
2、 若非鋼制料倉或有加強筋不易振動的料倉，應在倉內鋪設振動板，將防閉塞裝置焊接在振動板上，并一起堅固在料倉上。
3、每月對電機軸承進行保養，補充潤滑脂；定期清除機殼外積塵，改善散熱條件，但不能用水沖洗。
4、 定期檢查絕緣電阻，堅固地腳螺栓，及時消除隱患。
