PV2R1-17-L-R,PV2R1-17-L-L葉片泵,無錫溫納主要采用面接觸形式,上試樣加工呈環(huán)形端面,下試樣為待測樣品。特別適合于在油潤滑和干摩擦條件下,對式樣的摩擦磨損性能進行試驗檢測。圖所示為PV摩擦磨損試驗機的摩擦副接觸方式,主要用來測定軸承合理的配合間隙和PV值。圖所示為往復摩擦磨損試驗機摩擦副接觸方式,上試樣下試樣均加工成塊狀,上試樣以一定額率在下試樣表面做往復運動,以此來評定下試樣的摩擦磨損性能。目前,已有許多新型的多功能摩擦磨損試驗機,他們具有多種試件接觸和運動形式,只要更換試件加劇模塊,就可以完成多種不同類型的實驗和組合實驗。
