上海斯米克焊材有限公司地處上海市浦東新區楊南路965號。前身是上海有色金屬焊接材料廠，1991年9月30日與英屬斯米克股份有限公司合資。公司擁有熔煉、連鑄、擠壓、軋制、拉拔、切絲、涂粉、霧化制粉等生產設備100多臺，物理測試、化學分析儀器20多臺。公司先后從國外引進多條生產線及多臺測試儀。同時還自行開發四條生產線。93年通過國家焊接材料檢測中心對公司質量必備條件審查，取得焊條生產許可證。公司是國內有色金屬及特殊焊接材料研制和生產中心。建廠以來，取得科研成果幾十項。93年被市外資委、外經委確認為先進技術企業。99年公司通過ISO9002質量體系認證。
公司主要生產有色金屬焊接、防磨堆焊、鑄鐵補焊、釬料及熱噴涂共五大系列一百三十多種焊接材料，廣泛地為機電、冶金、航天、儀表、電力、化工、輕工等各行業服務。公司產品遍及全國各省（市）、自治區。公司在開發國內市場的同時積極開拓國際市場，出口的品種和數量均有大幅度提高。公司生產的青銅及黃銅兩大類焊絲在國際上已有相當的影響，成為許多國際著名焊接行業公司的定牌生產企業。
