Z100鑄鐵焊條 型號(hào)GB/T： EZFe-2
純鎳，綜合性能好。鑄鐵薄件及加工面補(bǔ)焊用，如機(jī)床導(dǎo)衛(wèi)
鎳鐵，強(qiáng)度高、塑性好。重要灰鑄鐵及球鐵焊補(bǔ)用，如汽缸蓋
鎳銅，易加工，但抗裂性較差。不受力的灰鑄鐵加工面及砂眼補(bǔ)焊
用途：用于一般鑄鐵件缺陷的修復(fù)，并能焊補(bǔ)長(zhǎng)期使用后的舊鋼錠模，焊后不能加工。
Z116/Z117高釩鑄鐵焊條 型號(hào)GB/T： EZV
用途：用于鑄鐵件缺陷的焊補(bǔ)，如汽車(chē)缸體、機(jī)架齒輪箱等，也焊補(bǔ)高強(qiáng)度鑄鐵件及球墨鑄鐵件，焊件可不進(jìn)行預(yù)熱，焊后可進(jìn)行切削加工，但加工性不如Z508、Z308和Z408。
Z122Fe鑄鐵焊條 型號(hào)GB/T：EZFe-2
用途：用于各種灰口鑄鐵件非加工面的焊補(bǔ)。
Z208鑄鐵焊條 型號(hào)GB/T：EZC 相當(dāng)于AWS：ECI
用途：用于焊補(bǔ)灰口鑄鐵的缺陷。
Z208DF鑄鐵焊條 型號(hào)GB/T：EZC
用途：用于冷焊、半熱焊或熱焊灰口鑄件的各類(lèi)缺陷，適用于焊補(bǔ)灰口鑄鐵的加工面和非加工面。
