SMETA、SEDEX和ETI之間的聯(lián)系？
SMETA是SEDEX的道德審計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，是 Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit 的簡稱，是由 Sedex 關(guān)聯(lián)審核員群體 (AAG) 開發(fā)。SMETA 的設(shè)計(jì)宗旨是要減少道德貿(mào)易審核中的重復(fù)勞動，使零售商和客戶品牌及他們的供應(yīng)商均可獲益。它是響應(yīng)會員們的需求而開發(fā)的，會員們需要能夠更方便地進(jìn)行共享的道德審核報(bào)告格式。
Sedex是供貨商商業(yè)道德信息交流的縮寫形式（Supplier Ethical Data Exchange）。Sedex是一套網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)庫，用于幫助各公司儲存其業(yè)務(wù)范圍內(nèi)的勞動準(zhǔn)則信息，而且他們的客戶也可以共享這些信息。如今， Sedex已獲得了許多大型零售商和生產(chǎn)商的青睞（大部分是英國的零售商）其中包括Co-op﹑Geest、Grampian- Foods﹑Tesco特易購、HallmarkCards、Sainsbury's、John Lewis、Marks and Spencer瑪莎、The Body Shop、Waitrose等。
SMETA 方法是使用英德協(xié)會 (ETI) 規(guī)范和當(dāng)?shù)胤勺鳛榱慷裙ぞ摺０敖】蹬c安全”和“勞工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”兩大模塊，與其他大多數(shù)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致。近期額外添加了環(huán)境和商業(yè)道德評估。
ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) 是英國道德貿(mào)易組織的英文簡稱。是由UK起草的一個(gè)議案，目的是通過設(shè)立針對在發(fā)展中國家采購公司社會責(zé)任的論壇以改善全球工人的工作條件。
SEDEX會員準(zhǔn)則
Sedex 是一家會員制組織，每位會員都同意遵守共同的準(zhǔn)則
準(zhǔn)則的要點(diǎn)如下：
1. 所有的會員都同意為實(shí)現(xiàn)愿景而努力。
2. 所有會員都可根據(jù)其會員類型使用 Sedex 系統(tǒng)的相應(yīng)功能。
3. 所有會員承諾盡心地向 Sedex 系統(tǒng)提供數(shù)據(jù)并定期更新。
4. 會員們將可以使用和評估數(shù)據(jù)，但唯一的目的只能是對遵守其勞工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和其他道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的情況進(jìn)行評價(jià)。
5. 會員必須將從網(wǎng)站下載的信息視為秘密信息處理。
6. 各公司只能輸入供他們所擁有的用工場所使用的數(shù)據(jù)。
7. 所有會員都可以提出競選加入董事會或參加工作組。

1. Audit Type: 審核類型
1)SMETA social audit is a kind of CSR audit.
2)Usually SMETA audits are announced audits. Sometimes the audits may be announced
or unannounced or semi-announced depend on client’s specific requirement.
3)The client would make final decision on whether a follow-up audit is needed or not.
4)SMETA report can be uploaded into Sedex Database which could be shared by all
Sedex members.
5)No certificate will be issued within SMETA audit program.
6)Environment and Business Integrity are two supplementary audits which are optional.
The end buyer will make decision whether the two sections are needed or not.

2.Audit Scope審核范圍 :
1) Initial audit: at least the last 12 month records of working hour and wage should be
provided. For new factories, at least 3 month records of working hours and wage are
required to provide.
2) Follow up audit: All wages and working hours records since last visit with a minimum
of 2 months fresh records.
3）All areas under the same business license of the audited facility will be covered.
1) 次審核： 需提供至少近12 個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄。如果是新廠，需提供至少3個(gè)月的工資工時(shí)記錄。
2) 跟進(jìn)審核：工廠應(yīng)提供從上次審核后的所有工作時(shí)間和工資記錄，且至少能提供近兩個(gè)月完整的工作時(shí)間記錄和工資記錄。否則該次重審無效.
3) 原則上同一營業(yè)執(zhí)照下的所有范圍都應(yīng)該覆蓋。即使工廠有幾個(gè)廠區(qū)和不同的生產(chǎn)線。）
