:舟山連桿廠家為保證鋁棒加溫透心,多孔模加溫方式一般采用由高到低的方式控制,即鋁棒由進(jìn)爐區(qū)到出爐區(qū)溫度是由高到低分區(qū)控制。一般是根據(jù)棒爐分區(qū)數(shù)量將溫度設(shè)定遞減。2模具加溫模具加溫時(shí)間一般控制在6小時(shí)之內(nèi),保證透心,模具要連同模墊、模套一起加溫,但不能超時(shí)加溫,否則對(duì)型材表面及出材情況造成影響。模具置于模具爐內(nèi)加溫時(shí),模具不能靠近爐壁、風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)口位置,盡量往中間位置擺放,模具之間要保證足夠的間隙,一般情況下不少于5CM.模具爐內(nèi)要保證干凈,無灰塵,避免加溫過程中因大量灰塵落在模具工作帶,造成出料時(shí)型材產(chǎn)生各種表面。3擠壓過程控制2.3.1模具從爐內(nèi)取出到擠壓出材時(shí)間不能超過3分鐘,否則會(huì)造成出材快慢不一。2上機(jī)生產(chǎn)支棒不排氣,而且要用短棒擠壓,棒長(zhǎng)控制在2-3mm.2.3.3支棒要以段起壓,出材后慢慢加快擠壓速度。料口使用高溫墊板保證底面防刮傷、擦花等,每支料之間用石墨板間隔,防止型材互相擦花、碰傷、壓凹等。斷性調(diào)整牽引機(jī)拉力大小,保證型材幾何尺寸符合公差。
