Technical characteristic specification of reeling cable
1．執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Standard
產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行Q/WB5023-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 The cable is manufactured in accordance with enterprise standard Q/WB5023-2008.

2．產(chǎn)品用途 Application 產(chǎn)品適用于快速移動(dòng)的港口機(jī)械如起重機(jī)、集裝箱吊機(jī)等，也可用于其他類型移動(dòng)設(shè)備的電力提供， 如露天作業(yè)及井下采礦等。 The product is suitable for port machinery with high travel speed, e.g. cranes, container cranes, also for power supply of other mobile equipment, such as open-cast and underground mine, etc.

3．產(chǎn)品使用特性 characteristics
3.1 電纜額定電壓U0/U=0.6/1kV。 Rated voltage U0/U=0.6/1kV.

3.2電纜導(dǎo)體允許長期工作溫度為：90℃。 Maximum permissible operating temperature of conductor 90℃

3.3電纜導(dǎo)體允許短路溫度為：不超過250℃，持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過5秒。 Permissible short-circuit temperature of conductor: not exceeding 250 , duration not exceeding 5s ℃

3.4電纜電磁屏蔽：采用對(duì)稱三芯設(shè)計(jì)及緊密制造工藝，有效降低干擾。 EMC performance: use a symmetrical three- core design with narrow manufacturing rates, reducing the interference level

3.5電纜適用環(huán)境溫度-25℃～80℃。 Applicable ambient temperature is -25℃～80℃.

3.6運(yùn)行速度不得高于60米/分鐘。 Travel speed shall not be faster than 60m/min.

3.7電纜小彎曲半徑：不小于 6 倍電纜外徑。 Minimum bending radius of cable, not less than 12 times OD of cable

3.8電纜具備耐臭氧、耐油、防紫外線和防潮濕的特性。 Cable is resistant to ozone, oil, UV and moisture.
