SafeandHealthyWorkplace安全與的工作環(huán)境
AsafeandHealthyworkplaceisessentialfortheemployeesworkinginyourfactories.Thefactoryneedstoprovidethefollowingtoensuretheemployeescanquicklyreactincaseofemergency:與安全的工作環(huán)境對(duì)于你們工廠的雇員來(lái)說(shuō)是必不可少的.為確保您的雇員在緊急情況下能夠迅速作出反應(yīng),工廠需要提供以下便利/措施:
1.Enoughfireextinguishersand/orhydrants(withhoses)forthesizeofthefactoryandinaccordancewithlocallaws.
相對(duì)于工廠規(guī)模足夠的滅火器和/或消防栓(帶水管),且符合當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定.
2.Adequateemergencylighting(withabatteryback-up)shouldbeinstalledthroughoutthefactory.
整個(gè)工廠需安裝有足夠的緊急照明系統(tǒng)(帶有備用電池).
3.Adequateemergencyexits.Bestpracticeistoensureeveryemployeehadaccesstoatleasttwoexits.
充足的緊急出口.佳做法是確保每名雇員都可以享用兩個(gè)緊急出口.
Exitsshouldbeunblocked(fromtheinside),unobstructedandwellmarked.Theexitdoorshouldpushtoopen,notpulltoopen.
緊急出口需保持暢通,不得有任何阻擋/阻塞,且明顯標(biāo)示.緊急出口門必須是"推"開,而不是"拉"開.
4.Allemployeesshouldhavebasictrainingonhowtousethefireextinguishers/hydrants,locationoftheemergencyexitsandfirst-aidtraining.

5.PersonalProtectiveEquipmentsuchaseyewear,ear-plugsandfacemasksshouldbemadeavailabletoemployeeswhenapplicable.

6.Ifdormitoriesareprovided,theymustbeincmpliancewithallapplicablelawsinregardstofire&safety,roomsizeandnumberofoccipantsperroom.

1.Employeesmustbeabletodeclineovertimewithoutpenalty(financialorother).
雇員必須可以不受任何懲罰的(財(cái)務(wù)或其它形式的)拒絕加班.
2.Employeesshouldnotbesubjecttolargefinancialemplymentdepositstobeginorretainemployment.
不得對(duì)雇員收取入廠押金或雇傭押金.
3.Noprisonlabormaybeused.IsisillegaltoimportproductsproducedbyprisonlaborinthetheUnitedStatesperU.S.CustomsandBorderProtection.

FairDisciplinaryPractices公平懲戒措施
Workersshouldnotbeunfairlypunishedforthingssuchasdecliningovertime,beingtardy,producingdefectivegoods,orpoorproduction.Allfactoriessholdhavewrittenrulesregardingdisclipnaryproceduresandthosepoliciesshouldbecommunicatedtotheworkers.工人不得對(duì)如以下行為受到任何懲罰:拒絕加班,遲到,做出次品或較差的生產(chǎn).所有工廠對(duì)于懲戒措施/程序需要書面規(guī)則/政策,且這些規(guī)則/政策需傳達(dá)于工人.

NoDiscrimination無(wú)歧視
Workersshouldbehiredbasedonqualifications,notgender,race,personalcharacteristicsorbeliefss.

1.Allemployeesshouldbetreatedwithrespect.Thisincludesworkersimportedfromanothercountry.

1.Targetestablishesamaximumworkweek(includingovertime)of60hours.Iflocallawspecifiesaworkweek(includingovertime)oflessthan60hours,locallawshouldbefollowed.
Target接受的每周長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間為60小時(shí)(包括加班時(shí)間在內(nèi)).如果當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定的周長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間(包括加班時(shí)間在內(nèi))小于60小時(shí),以當(dāng)?shù)胤蔀闇?zhǔn).
2.Employeesshouldreceiveonedayofrestperweek(onedayoffinsevendays).

FairWages公平工資

CountryofOrigin原產(chǎn)國(guó)
1.Targetwillnotacceptanymerchandisethatwasillegallytran-shippedintotheUnitedStatesperU.S.CustomsandBorderProtection.根據(jù)美國(guó)海關(guān)與邊防局,Target不接受任何通過(guò)非法轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)進(jìn)入美國(guó)的貨物.

Ifanyofthebelowlisted4standardsareviolatedatanypoint,thefactorywillbemadenon-compliantandwillnotbeallowedtoproduceTargetownedbrandproductsforupto3years:
任何時(shí)間對(duì)于以下四條標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的任何一條的違犯,工廠必須被定為"不遵約",且3年內(nèi)不得生產(chǎn)Target自有品牌產(chǎn)品:
IfthefactorydidproduceTargetproductsTargetcouldnotacceptthismerchandise.
如果工廠在做Target產(chǎn)品,Target將不接受這些商品
1.NoChildLabor不得雇用/使用童工
2.NoForcedorCompulsoryLabor不得使用強(qiáng)迫/強(qiáng)制勞動(dòng)力
3.FairDisciplinaryPracticesandNoCorporalPunishment公平懲戒措施且不得使用體罰
4.CountryofOrigin/IllegallyTransshippedGoods原產(chǎn)國(guó)/不得進(jìn)行非法轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)貨物
