目前，國(guó)內(nèi)的食品包裝袋一般可分為單膜袋和復(fù)合薄膜包裝袋兩大類。其主要執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有：GB/T4456-1996《包裝用聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》、GB12025-1989《高密度聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》、QB/T2461-1999《包裝用降解聚乙烯薄膜》、GB9687-1988《食品包裝用聚乙烯成型品衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、GB9688-1988《食品包裝用聚丙烯成型品衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等。
食品包裝袋檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目 按照單膜袋和復(fù)合膜袋兩種不同的材質(zhì)，需分別進(jìn)行不同的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。 單膜袋檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目主要分為三大類：一、外觀不得有對(duì)使用有礙的氣泡、穿孔、水紋、暴筋、塑化不良、魚眼僵塊等疵病；二、規(guī)格、寬度、長(zhǎng)度、厚度偏差均應(yīng)有規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)；三、物理機(jī)械性能包括拉伸強(qiáng)度、斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率。 復(fù)合膜袋檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目主要分為四大類：一、外觀應(yīng)平整，無(wú)劃傷、燙傷、氣泡、破油和折皺，熱封平整、無(wú)虛封，薄膜不得有裂紋；二、孔隙和復(fù)合層分離。無(wú)雜質(zhì)、異物和油漬等污染；三、袋裝浸泡液，不得有異味、異臭、渾濁和脫色現(xiàn)象；四、包括拉伸強(qiáng)度、斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率，氣體透過(guò)量、耐油度指標(biāo)、耐熱、耐寒以及袋的封口剝離力、袋的耐壓和耐跌落性等指標(biāo)。http://news.fdc.com.cn/lsdt/84166075496582.shtml
