廢舊模板粉碎機(jī)工作原理：
該機(jī)采用錘頭式的粉碎加工方式，加上螺旋輸送、引風(fēng)機(jī)抽風(fēng)3道工序完成作業(yè)流程，最后出來的成品料大概和火柴棍大小差不多，由于原材料大，破碎的程度是粗碎，利用篩網(wǎng)來控制物料的大小，物料的范圍在8MM-12MM指尖，本機(jī)破碎出來的物料都是進(jìn)行篩選出來，如果需要更細(xì)的物料，可以將模板粉碎機(jī)與木屑粉碎機(jī)相結(jié)合，作為破碎的生產(chǎn)線，可以適用在專業(yè)的模板粉碎加工基地。
使用廢舊模板粉碎機(jī)的注意事項(xiàng)：
使用廢舊模板粉碎機(jī)，加工的原料非常重要，該機(jī)采用錘頭擊打的方式，投放的原料不能過厚，否則容易造成機(jī)器阻塞的嚴(yán)重后果。加工生產(chǎn)中工作人員一定要適量的送料，因原料模板上避免不了會(huì)有釘子，因此對(duì)于人身安全的考慮，應(yīng)當(dāng)在合理的位置送料。工作人員使用前，應(yīng)當(dāng)詳細(xì)閱讀機(jī)器使用說明書，使用正確的方式操作機(jī)器。
