日前，世界最大雙驅式齒輪傳動球磨機在中信重工成功試車并提前1個月交付用戶中國黃金集團公司。
此次交付的Φ11×5.4米半自磨機和Φ7.9×13.6米球磨機是中信重工為中國黃金集團烏山二期項目承制的，該項目是中國黃金集團公司與內蒙古呼倫貝爾市實施戰略合作的重點工程。
中信重工和中國黃金集團公司的合作始于2007年烏努格吐山項目一期工程，中信重工承制了其中關鍵裝備——兩臺Φ8.8×4.8米半自磨機和兩臺Φ6.2×9.5米溢流型球磨機的設計和制造任務。據中信重工董事長任沁新介紹，2007年6月18日，中國黃金集團公司和中信重工正式結為長期戰略合作伙伴。目前，這4臺超大型磨機在內蒙古烏努格吐山銅鉬礦已投產運行，一組半自磨機和球磨機設計處理能力為625噸/組/小時，合1.5萬噸/組/天;而運行中的實際處理能力達到745噸/組/小時，合1.78萬噸/組/天，超出計劃的20%左右。
在礦用磨機的設計制造上，中信重工集選型、設計、生產制造、裝配、廠內試車、現場安裝、成套供貨為一體，是目前全球唯一一個能夠為用戶提供全套解決方案的企業。中國機械工業聯合會副會長楊學桐表示，中信重工已經具備年產超過200臺大中型磨機的裝備制造能力，可以向國內外客戶提供直徑8—12.2米的大型自磨機、半自磨機，直徑4—7.9米的球磨機。
據悉，中信重工設計制造的具有完全自主產權的各類礦用磨機不僅遍布中國各地，并已出口澳大利亞、巴西、俄羅斯等20多個國家。
